I was doing well for a while and lost a few pounds (I think about 25 although my scale was really inaccurate) but then I lost my focus and fell off the rails and gained it all back. Just wondering if you had any tips on getting started (again) and getting motivated to start a healthy lifestyle. I have a diet coke habit and a chocolate bar habit and often binge by myself in my car. I keep saying &amp;#8220;ok time to turn over a new leaf&amp;#8221; and then can&amp;#8217;t do it.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In all honesty sweetheart, if you want it bad enough, you’ll make it happen. It’s mind over matter. It’s okay to stray off the path here and there, it happens to everyone. Its happened to me. But you need to get back on it asap, and stay on it until you’ve reached your weightloss goals. Not only is the circle of losing weight, then gaining weight, then losing it again, and then gaining it back mentally exhausting, it puts a huge strain on your body. Commit to living a healthy lifestyle, and losing weight and getting fit will happen. You can’t expect to just eat healthily and workout for a bit and the once you’ve lost the weight, go back to your old eating habits. It’s a complete change, and it needs to stay that way. You do it because you want to, not because you have to.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The next time you’re about to binge on soda and chocolate, think about what you’re eating. Is it nourishing to your body? Is it going to make you feel good, and help you reach your goals? No. It’s okay to have soda or some chocolate in moderation, but in excess it’s only going to put you farther behind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you ready to make that big change? Are you ready to work and nourish your body, so that it can be as healthy as possible? It’s okay if you’re not. I wasn’t for a long time. But remember, the sooner the better. Try starting tomorrow. Make a healthy breakfast. Then go for a jog. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and make good choices for the rest of your meals. Say no to desert. Go to bed, and then do it all the next day.&lt;/p&gt;
