I turned down dessert at the restaurant today, even though Josie tried really hard to talk me into having some.

Supper (6:00 @ Moxies): 2 chicken breasts with goat cheese, green beans, yam fries with curry dip

Breakfast (11:00): 2 squares dark chocolate

Lunch (12:00): sweet potato fries with jerk mayo

Binge (3:30): entire bag of chips, some ice cream

Supper (7:00): tuna salad with cheese, brownie

Anti-NSV: I came home from the cottage early today and had time to go to the gym but instead I chose to eat an entire bag of chips and some ice cream. 

Day 251: 80% success

Lunch (11:30): sweet potato fries with jerk mayo, brownie

Supper (5:00): small cheeseburger with jerk mayo, roasted cauliflower, broccoli and beans. brownie

Snack (7:00): 4 squares dark chocolate

I finished work later than I had planned and didn’t get a chance to sneak off to the gym like I had planned. I thought about skipping it altogether and getting an extra hour of daylight at the cottage but then I grabbed my shoes and went.

I was about to have some ice cream and took it out of the freezer and took the lid off, then thought, I shouldn’t really have ice cream and put it back. Tell me that is not a victory!
